To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email only at: informing.eu@gmail.com, with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use a withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding final delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

The return shipment is at your own risk. We recommend that you return the goods with transport insurance. Goods sent freight forward will not be accepted.
