General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

I. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between the seller and the customer. The customer agrees that the seller may send messages regarding order processing to the email address provided by the customer.

II. Acceptance of the GTC

The customer acknowledges these GTC and agrees to them as soon as they place an order. Without this acceptance, placing an order is not possible. By accepting the GTC, the customer is bound by the provisions contained therein.

III. Rejection of Other Terms

The inclusion of any general terms or contractual conditions of the customer that deviate from these GTC is rejected unless explicitly accepted by the seller.

IV. Conclusion of Contract

  1. Online Shop
    The product presentation on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but is an invitation for the customer to make an offer. The customer’s offer becomes legally binding when the order is placed.
  2. Ordering Process
    The customer selects products in the cart and proceeds by clicking “Checkout.” The customer enters payment details and selects the delivery method. Relevant order data is summarized in the “Order Overview,” where the customer can review and correct the information before submitting the order by clicking “Order with obligation to pay.” By clicking this button, the customer makes a legally binding purchase offer.
  3. Order Confirmation
    The seller sends an order confirmation email to the customer. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the purchase offer; acceptance is explicitly made in a separate email. If the contract cannot be concluded, the customer will be informed within 30 business days.
  4. Unavailable Products
    If a product is unavailable, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be informed, and any payments already made will be refunded within 6 months.
  5. Payment Confirmation
    After the order confirmation, the customer will receive a payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method (10 minutes to 5 business days).
  6. Advance Payment
    The customer undertakes to transfer the invoice amount within 7 days. If no payment is received within 2 business days after order confirmation, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

V. Storage of Contract Text

Order information is stored and can be viewed via “My Account → My Orders.” GTC and order confirmations are sent via email.

VI. Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins the day the customer or a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

All payments will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, excluding shipping costs. Refunds are made via the same payment method. Refunds may be delayed until the goods are returned.

Return of Goods

Goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The customer bears the return shipping costs and is only liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
