Right of Withdrawal and Instructions for Returning Goods – Croatia, Serbia, and EU

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact the seller exclusively by e-mail with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded, except for final shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your e-mail notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods back.

Returning Goods

You must return or hand over the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal by e-mail. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Return Shipping:
Since returns are at your own risk, we recommend sending the goods with transport insurance. Goods sent in advance will not be accepted.
