We use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish humans from automated bots. Your IP and necessary data are transmitted to Google. Processing is based on Art. 6(1) a GDPR with your consent. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Customer Account

When creating a customer account, we collect personal data to improve your shopping experience and simplify order processing. Processing is based on Art. 6(1) a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke consent at any time, and your account will be deleted.

Comments

We collect only the data you provide (name, email, comment). Data is used to allow commenting. By posting a comment, you consent to its processing. Only the provided name will be published. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Orders

We collect and use only the personal data necessary to process and fulfill orders (Art. 6(1) b GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except for partners required to process your order (e.g., shipping, payment, IT services).

Email Communication and Newsletters

Your email is used only for communication or newsletters if you have consented. Consent can be revoked at any time, and your email will be removed from the list.

Cookies are used for functionality, security, and analytics. You can block or delete cookies via your browser, but some website features may be limited.

Data Retention

Data is stored during the contract, warranty, and legal obligations (tax, accounting) and then deleted unless further processing consent is given.

Rights of Data Subjects

You have the rights under GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21, 21 GDPR).

Complaints to Supervisory Authority

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
