Delivery Conditions

Ordered goods will be shipped immediately upon availability and after payment is received via parcel delivery service.
For bank transfers, please allow approximately 1–2 working days for processing.

As soon as the payment is received in our customer account, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package, allowing you to monitor its status and estimated delivery date.

Package Insurance

All packages are shipped with transport insurance.
To ensure coverage, any visible damage to the packaging must be reported upon delivery.

Procedure in case of damage

• Note “Damaged” or “With reservation” in the signature field when receiving the package
• Fill out the online damage report form

If the customer allows the package to be left without personal receipt, it is considered delivered upon being left.
In this case, transport insurance no longer applies.

Calculation of Delivery Time

The delivery period starts:

• For advance payments – the day after the payment order is submitted to the bank
• For other payment methods – the day after the contract is concluded

The period ends at the end of the last day.
If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, the period extends to the next working day.

*Delivery to France is possible only to private addresses. A phone number is required.
